Vena Energy contracts ODE as engineer for South Korean offshore wind farm

Singapore renewable energy firm Vena Energy has selected Offshore Design Engineering ODE) as the owner’s engineer for its 384 MW Yokji offshore wind farm in South Korea. The contract covers basic engineering, wind turbine generator package support, and EPC support, among other services.

The financial details of the two-year contract have not been made public. Following this award, ODE now supports more than 1 GW of offshore wind projects in South Korea as owner’s engineer.

The project is due to be commercially operational by 2026.
